Feb 17 2010 Tristin was conceived.
July 2010 Jenny and I lived together with her other 3 children until Aug 2012 .
Nov 21 2010 Tristin was born
April 2011 (approx) I over hear Jenny’s conversation with a caseworker claiming that Tristin’s father was a man who raped her at Wisconsin Dells. Jenny admits to giving false information on the birth certificate to get back at me for not being there when she gave birth. Jenny threatens that if I try to put my name on the birth certificate I will go to prison because it is on record that Tristin’s father raped her.
Aug 2012 Jenny left with Tristin and her other children in the middle of the night while I slept.
A month later I found out where Jenny moved to and I moved in with my brother to be close to Tristin, in West Bend.
Sept 1 2012 Tristin was back in my life. I would pick him up after work every day and drop him off by his mother on my way to work the next day. I had him every weekend.
May 2013 I lost my job as a carpet installer so I worked for my brother at home. I had Tristin full time from May to the end of October 2013.
Aug 16 2013 Jenny sent email that she will let me know when she’s picking up Tristin. Email
Oct 26 2013 Jenny picked up Tristin and began making accusations that my brother was abusive to Tristin and that Tristin is afraid of me. Jenny wouldn't let me see Tristin for 9 months.
July 31 2014 Jenny started to let me see Tristin after I moved out of my brother’s house and I stayed with a mutual friend. Video

Sept 23 2014 Left everything I owned to be homeless in Hartford to be with Tristin.
Sept 25 2014 Rented room from Jenny’s friend, next door to Jenny and Tristin.
Oct 10 2014 acquired new job. Start 10/13/2014.
Oct 11 2014 Jenny had her friend that I was renting from make me leave. I started sleeping in the park. Video 10/11/2014 10/12/2014
Oct 13 2014 Start new job. Slept in park for a few days and lived in a co-workers ice fishing shanty until Nov 1 2014 (rented room for 1 month). I would see Tristin during the weekends at this time.
Dec 1 2014 Moved to a shared apartment and started having Tristin every day. I would drop him off by his mother before work and pick him up after work. I had Tristin every weekend.
June 17 2015 Jenny talked me into moving into her apartment because she needed help with her bills and so that Tristin’s parents lived together with him.
June 24 2015 Jenny sent a text message, while I was at work, telling me that she moved all my stuff back to the apartment I just moved out of and left it in the back yard. She didn’t let me see Tristin for a few days but then everything was back to normal.
July 12 2015 received text from Jenny that I couldn’t understand so I went to take Tristin by his mom. Jenny was screaming and throwing things and told me to take Tristin full time and take full responsibility for him because she couldn’t handle it anymore. I missed work 7/13/2015 and found daycare for Tristin for 7/14.
July 13 2015 Jenny called police that I kidnapped her son. Jenny wouldn’t let me see Tristin for a few days and then everything went back to normal. I would have Tristin every weekend and pick him up after work and drop him off the next day on my way to work.Video sent to officer showing Jenny's false claims.
Jan 2017 Jenny gets evicted from her apartment and rents a room for her and her teenage daughter at the apartment that Tristin and I have been living at.
Jan 13 2017 Jenny texted that I couldn’t see Tristin anymore until after she takes him to therapy. She accuses our landlord of abusing Tristin. Jenny moves into her boyfriend’s apartment across the hall from where she was evicted. Jenny told landlord he can keep $400 security deposit. Text messages
Feb 2 2017 Jenny texted that she moved and won’t tell me where she moved to. I haven’t seen Tristin since Jan 12 2017 and I’m not even sure where he is.
